Below you can find the price indications and sizes I offer with shipping costs excluded. If you'd like to have more than 3 pets portrayed in one drawing or if you'd like to have a detailed background added, please contact me to discuss the possibilities.

How to order your portrait

Thank you for your interest in my work! If you want to commission me to have your pet portrayed, please have a look at the price indications first. After choosing a size and material, feel free to contact me through email or Facebook with your wishes and to reserve a space on my waiting list. We will discuss time frames and reference photos. To book a space, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required. This deposit is non-refundable. Feel free to get in touch with me if you're not sure what size or material to choose. I'd be happy to help you.
For payments I accept either PayPal or bank transfer.

Make sure to get in touch with me as soon as possible if you wish to have a portrait done before a certain date. The waiting time could get up to 5-12 months depending on the waiting list.

Shipping

Drawings can be shipped worldwide! Shipping within the Netherlands is €10/$12. Shipping outside of the Netherlands can vary depending on the destination and the portrait size. All portraits are safely packaged to prevent bending or smudging and all portraits are shipped with insurance.

The drawing process

During the drawing process I'll keep you updated through Email so you can give me pointers if necessary. After the drawing has been completed and you are 100% happy with the result, the rest of the payment can be fulfilled. The drawing will be shipped out once the payment has been received.

Reference photos

I work from your own photo(s). To make sure the end result is an accurate representation of your furry friend's character I need the best possible photos to work from. In case your pet has sadly passed away and you only own lower quality photos, don't hesitate to contact me! Although better quality photos make it easier for me to create a detailed portrait, I'm always in for a challenge. There's nothing more rewarding than creating a lovely memorial portrait that still captures your pet's personality. It's also possible to combine multiple photos into 1 drawing.

Photo tips:

1. Think about lighting. Photos taken by daylight and without flash capture the most accurate colors.
2. Take the photo on eye level with your pet. Photos taken from above or below can distort the proportions which won't always look good in a portrait.
3. The eyes are very important! The better I can see the eyes, the better I can capture the character.
